Kathrin Mamok specializes in providing legal advice on employment law and advises and represents companies, groups and employees in all matters relating to individual and collective employment law. The focus of her work is on advising medium-sized companies, particularly in matters of co-determination.
Kathrin Mamok also advises managing directors, board members and executives on all matters of employment contract and liability law, in particular in the context of contract negotiations and separation scenarios.

• Ongoing advice to companies, in particular in the field of operational and corporate co-determination and the resulting negotiations with employee representatives

Before joining Winterstein as a lawyer, Kathrin Mamok worked as a research assistant and legal trainee in the employment law practices of a German multidisciplinary partnership and a major international law firm in Frankfurt am Main.
