II. Professional Liability Insurance
Lawyers are required by the federal lawyer’s code to maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum insurance sum of 250,000 euros. The details are given in § 51 BRAO.
All lawyers working for the firm are policyholders of the following professional liability insurance: Allianz Deutschland AG, Königinstrasse 28, 80802 Munich.
The geographical scope of each professional liability insurance covers the entire EU area and the states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
III. Conflict of interest measures
Lawyers are generally prohibited from exercising conflicting interests due to professional regulations (Section 43a (4) BRAO). Before accepting any mandate, the partnership company Winterstein | Lawyers therefore whether there is a conflict of interest.
IV. Dispute Settlement
