Corporate and group law is one of our firm’s traditional fields of practice. We cover the entire field of corporate law, in particular the law governing limited liability companies, stock corporations and partnerships.
The formation of companies is as much part of our repertoire as mergers, demergers and spin-offs, the preparation and implementation of shareholders’ and general meetings, drafting articles of association, capital and other fundamental measures, strategies to avoid insolvency (including reorganization in the event of a crisis). Our services also include the law of company agreements and group financing.
In addition, we represent the interests of managing directors, board members and supervisory board members (in particular liability and compliance issues). The implementation of remuneration and shareholding systems is also covered by our range of advisory services.
